five senses

I think I would have to keep my seeing senses.Why? Well if I couldn't see I wouldn't be able to do a lot of things. For example. If I were to see doggy do do i'd be able to avoid it. Also if I couldn't see I wouldn't be able to ride bikes.

about the book

Ive barley started reading the book, but so far i think its good. why? I like his style of writing. Its different then any other book you would read. I think his book was meant for teens. why? because of the words that he uses.

spring break

I went to the coast with my girl friend and her parents. While we were there we went to a bunch of antique stores in Lincoln city. Also we went to Newport for lunch and then we went the the light house and climbed it. Then we went back to her beach house and played a bunch of games . Also we went out eat at Mo's and Mcminnimes and came back to Salem.

Freedom

I think freedom is when your allowed to do what ever you want but nothing illegal. For example in prison you don't get to do anything but for a reason. Another example would have to be when you turn 18 because there's no curfew. Also why should drafts be able to make you go to war if you don't want to.

My Favorite Person

My favorite person would have to be my girl friend. Her name is Lindsey and she is so great. She has pushed me and pushed me to get my G.E.D and I'm finally getting it. Also she has done so much for me. She has gotten me to stop hanging out with my friends because they're doing bad things. Also my mom loves her and so do I. When i first met her I loved everything about her. What I love the most about here is her smile and her eyes. the way she looks at me is unbelievable. Also she is a graduate from McKay, she is really funny, she has blondish brownish hair. She works at sears and we love going to the the coast. We have been together for 7 almost 8 months.

I think that Barbie Dolls are good and bad . I think there good for little kids and their parents because when they take their kids to the doctors they have something to keep them occupied. Their bad because some of the Barbies are made with lead or mercury and some little kids put them in there mouths.

I think the people get there beliefs from real life situations.
Why would some one just make up horrible story's like the ones we read.
Also some people do go through those situations where they loose someone or go threw a bunch of stuff that they shouldn't have.
I think those story's are true because every one has gone through tough times.

I think the story is retarded because you think after 18 you would mature more but i guess not. Also who uses bats that's only in LA and Compton. I think it is retarded because they're 20 or older. Also what was it about if it was over a girl that is even more retarded. Why in Salem ? Why not in Dallas ? Or some where besides Salem . Salem is starting to be a lot like Portland.

Violence In The Media

My opinion on violence in the media would have to be all the killings . Why cant people learn to control there anger, why cant they just they just think before they act. Most of the killings are being over gangs i mean it gets pretty dumb if you ask me. Why kill over a color or what color your skin is or what neighborhood you grew up in.

Touching Spirit Bear, Ben Mikaelsen



This book is about a young boy named Cole Matthews. Cole got himself into trouble when he beat up a young boy named Peter and bashed Peters head into the side walk. Cole's punishment was either jail in Minneapolis or to spend a year on an island in Southeast Alaska. Cole choose to spend a year on the island.

On the island Cole learned a bunch of stuff by carrying a spirit rock up a hill every day also, taking cold baths in a freezing pond. Cole learns how to control his anger and he learns the dance of anger. Towards the end of the book Peter is put on the island with Cole and Cole is trying to get Peter's trust back, but Peter is afraid of Cole. What Cole doesn't know is that Peter is a good artist and Peter also screwed up Cole's totem pole. Then Peter helps Cole fix his totem pole and Peter finally gives Cole his trust.

I thought Touching Spirit Bear was a excellent book . The thing I liked the most about the book it was good through the whole book . It was just an excellent book . I would recommend this book to some one who likes adventurist books.
